TriggerX provides real-time cryptocurrency price alerts. You configure a price target; when the market crosses it, you receive a notification. Prices are sourced from the Binance Spot API.
TriggerX is a notification service only. It is not a financial service, brokerage, investment advisor, or trading platform.
We make reasonable best-effort to deliver alerts when price conditions are met. We cannot guarantee:

TriggerX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed alerts, or data loss.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed $10 USD. This cap reflects the fact that TriggerX is a free service with no paid tier.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
